Vehicle owners should not have to manage uncertainty alone
Ajebo Fix began from a recurring problem: vehicle owners were often expected to describe the diagnosis, choose the intervention and coordinate disconnected technicians without having the information required to make those decisions. We believed the relationship should work differently. The owner explains the concern. The advisor gathers the history, assesses the available evidence, explains risk and consequence, and recommends the appropriate next step before intervention begins. That consultation-first approach developed into a broader automotive-health model—one that values prevention, records, treatment supervision and continuity across the vehicle's ownership journey. Our principal technical focus is Mercedes-Benz and selected premium vehicles, supported by a network and service pathway chosen according to the specific vehicle and concern. Aura extends this vision. It is being developed to organise vehicle information, explain recorded signals in plain language, support maintenance decisions and prepare a clearer handover to a human automotive advisor. The goal is not more intervention. The goal is better judgement, better timing and better continuity.

Stephen's automotive background shaped a clear conviction: serious vehicle owners need an accountable advisor, not another cycle of guesswork, isolated repairs and lost history. His work with Mercedes-Benz and premium vehicles informs Ajebo Fix's assessment-led model—consultation first, intervention second and continuity throughout. He is also leading the development of Aura, the separate automotive-health platform intended to organise records, support owner understanding and strengthen the handover between digital guidance and professional care. His long-term objective is to build Ajebo Fix into a trusted African automotive-health institution where technical judgement, private service and intelligent infrastructure operate as one system.
Automotive health as infrastructure
A care model that can extend from one vehicle to households, fleets and intelligent digital support. Ajebo Fix is building toward a model where vehicle owners have a continuous record, a trusted advisor and a clear pathway from concern to assessment, authorised treatment and follow-up. Care relationships will support maintenance planning, treatment supervision, driver coordination and multi-vehicle oversight according to the needs of each owner. Aura will remain a separate product platform, connected to the official Ajebo Fix website but governed by clear boundaries: decision support and automotive-health guidance, not mechanical diagnosis. The ambition is to create a durable automotive-health institution for premium ownership in Nigeria and, over time, a broader intelligent mobility-care platform.
